Hey there, I am Isabella, and I go by she/her pronouns.

I am a versatile design leader, passionate about building meaningful, accessible digital experiences.

I lead UI Design at BigFix in HCLSoftware, where I elevate product quality through scalable systems and strong collaboration. My work blends hands-on craft with mentorship, guiding a distributed team of 10 talented designers.

My approach combines creative problem-solving, data-informed decisions, and a deep commitment to accessibility, from foundational frameworks to company-wide training.

I partner closely with engineering and product leaders to align vision, usability, and technical feasibility.

At the heart of it all, I design to make a difference: shaping products that are beautiful, purposeful, and built for everyone.

Isabella has a surprising breadth of skills in which she has actual demonstrated expertise rather than simple ability.
